Ashanti Silks
Enterprises was established in 1989. The wearable art garments were created
in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico when Betty Muhammad lived in that country. The
scarves and kaftans are all designed using silk fabrics and acrylic paints
that are washable. Garments are available in one size only. Scarves come
in a variety of colors, mostly one of a kind. Please see photos below:
Prices for scarves range from $15 to $45 each depending on the size.
All Kaftans are $125 each.
